Kris is a licensed broker, with over 25 years of experience assisting buyers and sellers navigate the unique complexities within our local Real Estate community. With a General Contractor husband, she is well versed with the building process — and how remodeling can affect property value within the market. In 1992 Kris fulfilled her goal of obtaining her Broker’s license and she’s been a very active Realtor ever since, honored with a number of sales awards through the years. Having completed hundreds of transactions for both buyers and sellers, Kris has established herself as a local expert and advocate for her clients. These loyal relationships have been built upon a solid foundation of communication, skilled negotiation, integrity and an overwhelming enthusiasm for Real Estate. Kris’ son, Brian, partnered with her nearly 15 years ago to form The Butler Team. A recent highlight in their career was the successful sale of a $9.5M luxury estate near The Lodge in Pebble Beach.
